Join us Monday, November 24 at 10:30 a.m. at New Apostolic Church in Daphne for our first adaptive group exercise class! Through the use of various equipment, games, dancing, etc., we will have fun achieving greater independance and enhanced quality-of-life.
The details:
Who: Anyone aged 14+ with developmental disability
What: Strength, cardio and balance exercise
Where: New Apostolic Church, 28691 Hwy 98, Daphne
Cost: $5 per person
Completion of waiver and registration required. Caregiver must be present for the duration of class.

"Old School" Step Aerobics
(All ages and fitness levels)
Join us beginning Monday, October 6, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at New Apostolic Church for "old school" step aerobics. This class suits participants on any fitness level. With the use of step benches, participants will target balance, coordination, single-step movement and cardio training.

When: Every Monday 5:30 to 6:15 p.m.

Completion of waiver and weekly registration required. Cost of $10 per class due at time of registration.

Programs
Programs are customized to meet the unique needs of the people we serve.

Strength Training: Use of resistance to build muscle strength and endurance, improve bone density, stability and joint function to help enhance Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Equipment may include body weight, free weights, bands, machines.
Endurance Exercise: Includes cardiovascular or muscular by performing physical activity that increases breathing and heart rate, characterized by sustained, moderate-intensity efforts over a prolonged period. Benefits include enhanced stamina and increased health of heart, lungs and circulatory system. Equipment may include resistance bands, free weights, treadmil, bike.
Balance and Stability: Exercises usually targeting core muscles to help the body maintain equilibrium and resist external movement. These movements strengthen the sensory and muscle systems to reduce falls, enhance posture and improve coordination. Equipment may include balance ball, body weight, bar or chair for support.
Mind and Body Practice: Health practice that utilizes the connection between the mind and body to reduce stress, anxiety and depression and promote relaxation. Exercises may include focused breathing, guided meditation and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR).

Small Group (2-4) Personal Training Pricing:
*sessions are 45 minutes
Starting at $30 per participant
Discounted packages available for longterm commitment
*All packages expire four months from date of purchase. Venmo, check and cash accepted forms of payment.
Group (5-20) Exercise:
*classes are forty-five minutes
Starting at $35 per class
*Must sign monthly commitment. Thirty days notice required in writing to cancel services.
